In 1993 on the BBC’s “Jeeves and Wooster,” Bertie Wooster meets an old

chum, Ginger, who’s running for political office.

Stunned, Bertie blurts out, “But … Ginger … you’re an absolute … idiot!”

Ginger grins and replies, “I know!”
