Thoughts About The November Parole For Jonathan Pollard

Jonathan Pollard was in prison for life
And here is the simple reason why:
He was tried and convicted in 1987
For being an Israeli-American spy.

As an employee of the U.S. Navy
He swiped on Israel’s behalf
Tens of thousands of documents
In only a year and a half.

Other spies who spied for many years
Didn’t get even nearly that much:
Pilfering on such a huge scale suggests
At work Pollard didn’t chat much.

How did he steal so much so fast? He
Did something not tried & true:
I bet he took secrets during his Naval
Intelligence analyst interview.
